In my search to find some technology that would take the tedium out of having to type up notes, I was fascinated to come across the Mobile Notetaker. In my role as a Chairman with The Executive Connection (TEC) I have many one to one individual coaching and mentoring sessions and monthly group meetings with CEOs and business leaders and I need to be able to take notes in an unobtrusive manner. Rather than ending up with a huge amount of paper files I want to be able to store my notes electronically. The great advantage of the Mobile Notetaker is that it can be used on any paper so you are not locked into proprietary stationery and prescribed positions on a page in which to write. The ability the software has to convert to text and the neat way it manages to convert diagrams is amazing. The diagram conversion is particularly valuable as I tend to use diagrams a lot when explaining concepts to the CEOs with whom I work. My clients have also been taken with the technology (for some it's the fact that its not technical, at least in terms of the way it is used, that appeals most of all) and will have a great variety of uses for it - like on-site maintenance crews, meeting notes, sales reps. etc. Great to find something that works and doesn't require a degree in computer science to use.

Taking notes when we talk to clients is very important, typing notes is slow and the "click-clack" of a keyboard is disturbing. When typing we tended to only record the highlights, sometimes missing important information.

The Mobile NoteTaker allows us to take notes without taking a laptop to meetings, we can quickly jot everything down.

Ours is a visual industry, drawing layouts and saving them to a clients file is a great way to keep this information where we can retrieve it and share it anytime.

Cost versus value its one of the best tech devices we have ever bought.

We have recently purchased The Mobile-Note Taker and it has been an outstanding investment for our organisation. We operate a business consultancy and are required to take extensive notes often with diagrams and detailed notes outlining various business transactions. We were going mad trying to cope with the job of filing all of our client notes. This product works very effectively and we believe it will eventually cut our filing and document storage costs significantly...Great product!

The Mobile NoteTaker has been fantastic for taking notes during meetings …. I find I am using it all the time.

When I am travelling interstate, attending meeting after meeting, it’s the best way to keep all of my meeting notes organised. I can even email my notes & drawings back to head office from my motel room!

When I am back in the office – I just plug it in & upload my notes. There they are all recorded with date and time.
